The hood adds both function and presence, balancing the shortened length with a strong, directional shape. A metal zipper closure runs through the front, maintaining a continuous line, while welt pockets are integrated discreetly into the surface to preserve the clarity of the design.

Crafted from pure sheep wool with a viscose lining, the fabric is dense yet breathable, offering warmth with a smooth internal finish. The outer layer holds its structure, while the lining allows ease of movement and comfort in wear.

Production & Shipping Information

Each of our pieces is handmade to order in our atelier with great attention to detail. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping:
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
• If you need faster delivery, you can choose express shipping with FedEx or DHL (depending on the destination). Express shipping is available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.

If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

RETURNS

In case of return you have to contact us at followmefs17@gmail.com.

Once your return request has been approved, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send the product back and you must provide us with the tracking number of the shipment.

The items returned are your responsibility and risk until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way!

Please note that if you are in a hurry you should choose a faster delivery method. We would not be able to refund you before receiving your return and verifying its condition. If you use your National post service the delivery usually takes longer delivery term. You should check this before choosing the shipping method.

Refund

Once received, if the items are in their original condition we will refund you by your original payment method within 14 days from arrival to the FOLLOWMEFS’s address. It can take a couple of business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or your card or payment service provider.

The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Exchange

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. However, exchanges for different styles or models are not available. If you’d prefer a different item, you’re welcome to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
