There is a processing time before the delivery time.
Your order will be ready to ship 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
*All customized articles which we are so proud to offer, assume further tailoring and personal touch ups, all considered affecting actual processing time. This is specified in correspondence with you and depends on the alterations you need. Contact us on followmefs17@gmail.com to receive the exact processing time.
We work with FedEx and DHL Express.

Once the shipment is sent, the user will be notified automatically by email containing the tracking number of the shipment.

* Delivery to countries outside the EU
Recipients of shipments outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
FOLLOWMEFS has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying.
Orders fo under 800 EUR for the United States are not subject to taxes or duties.
*In case that the shipment hasn't been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.
